| If you would plot out a violence in function of time graph you would easily be able to conclude we're at an all time low for violence. Now, if you go tv station on, you might even with sufficient statistical research, be able to prove that the tv station ammount of entertainment relates directly to the ammount of violent behavior a person shows. This is in fact tv station easily understood intuitively. I doubt the nature of the contents of the source of entertainment really matter. And even if they did, I'd imagine it's much more useful to be able to canalise the daily-life stress through a videogame. If a person has difficulties distinguishing reality from his every-day gaming world he'd better see a psychiatrist anyway. |
