Rosebush and Cornerstone Centers together serve about 300 children from Green Bay's inner-city neighborhoods. "Many of the families who use Rosebush and Cornerstone Centers free small business grants are uninsured, underinsured or are having difficulty accessing government programs," said Bonnie Kuhr, administrator, NEW Community Clinic. "Many parents can not leave work to take their children to routine exams and have instead relied on urgent care clinics or emergency rooms -- expensive options that lack continuity of care."
