Our commitment to the success of women has resulted in a review of all of our activities to ensure their consistency with our mission. This includes our consulting agreements with other incubators in the Bay Area – Panasonic Digital Concepts Center and the San Jose BioCenter. As you may know, we agreed to help co-found the San Jose BioCenter, together with Building Blox International. The fiscal sponsor of the BioCenter, the San Jose State University Foundation, announced in late women's equality April the successful completion of the opening phase of operations and thanked us for women's equality our involvement women's equality as a valued contributor. For the next phase however, we have agreed with the Foundation to phase out our involvement with the BioCenter, which will end next month. We strongly believe this is in the best interests of the WTC and the BioCenter, as it allows us to focus on building and expanding WTC’s life science program for women.
